    How much does shipping cost?

    In many cases, it’s on us!

    • Standard Shipping: FREE for the United States, Canada, Japan, Korea, and most of Europe (UK, Germany, France, Italy, etc.).

    • 2D Apparel: FREE shipping worldwide.

    • Other Regions: For countries like Mexico or Brazil, shipping starts at $5.99 for the first item and $3.99 per additional item.

    How long will it take to get my gear?

    Your total wait time consists of Handling Time (processing your order) + Shipping Time (transit).

    Do you offer expedited shipping?

    Yes! For soccer and baseball jerseys, we offer Fast Shipping (DHL/EMS) which takes 3–9 business days depending on your location. Please note that expedited shipping fees apply (starting at $27–$32).

    We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. If you aren't 100% satisfied, you can return or exchange qualifying items.

    Note: Customized or personalized items are Final Sale and cannot be returned or refunded.

    How do I start a return?

    Who pays for return shipping?

    • Our Mistake: If we sent the wrong size, a damaged item, or a defective jersey, we cover all costs and will fast-track a replacement or refund.

    • Standard Returns: For all other reasons, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

    Can I cancel my order?

    We ship fast, so cancellations aren't guaranteed. If your order is already in transit, you can:

    1. Refuse delivery when it arrives, and it will be sent back to us.

    2. Accept the package and follow the standard return process.

    When will I receive my refund?

    Once we process your return, funds are sent back to your original payment method. You will typically see the credit in 3–7 business days.
