The Basics

  • 30-Day Window: You have 30 days from the delivery date to return or exchange qualifying items.

  • Final Sale: Please note that customized or personalized items cannot be returned or refunded.

  • Damaged Gear: If your order arrives defective, damaged, or just plain wrong, contact us immediately. We’ll fast-track a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you.

How to Start Your Return

Refunds & Shipping Costs

  • Getting Paid: Once processed, refunds go straight back to your original payment method. You’ll usually see the funds in 3–7 business days.

  • Shipping Fees: Customers cover return shipping unless we made a mistake (like sending the wrong size or a damaged jersey). If it’s our fault, we’ve got you covered.

Can I Cancel My Order?

Because we ship things out fast, we can’t always guarantee a cancellation once the order is placed. If it’s already on its way, you can:

  • Refuse delivery when it arrives, and it will be sent back to us.

  • Accept the package and then follow the standard return steps listed above.
