1. Order Processing & Transit Times

To ensure your shopping experience is seamless, please take note of our operational timelines:

  • Order Cut-off Time: 2:00 PM (GMT-06:00) Central Standard Time (Chicago). Orders placed after this time will be processed on the following business day.

  • Handling Time: 1 – 2 Business Days (Monday to Friday). This includes order verification, quality check, and packaging.

  • Transit Time: 3 – 7 Business Days (Monday to Friday).

Total Estimated Delivery Time: 4 – 9 Business Days.

2. Shipping Costs

Transparency is our priority. We offer a simple shipping structure:

  • Standard Shipping: $4.95 flat rate for all domestic orders.

  • Free Shipping: Free shipping on orders over $75.

  • All prices are in USD. No hidden taxes or customs fees will be applied at checkout for US domestic orders.

3. Shipping Methods & Carriers

We partner with reliable carriers to ensure your Henley shirts arrive in perfect condition. Our primary carriers include:

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can monitor your package’s journey directly on the carrier’s website. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to update.

5. Delivery Address & Changes

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of purchase.

  • Address Changes: We can only modify the shipping address if the order has not yet been processed. Please contact us immediately at support@jerseyteamsstores.com for any corrections.

  • P.O. Boxes: We do ship to P.O. Boxes via USPS.

6. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact our support team within 48 hours of the delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your items.
